43. ‘Telesforo Bravo’ Teide National Park Visitor Centre

The administrative management and the dissemination of the natural and cultural values that make up the Teide National Park are based in this modern building that houses the documentary processing offices, an Interpretation and Visitor Centre, which boasts a unique interactive exhibition on the island of Tenerife from a physical and historical perspective, through the eyes of illustrious travellers who have visited it since ancient times, and an ornamental garden where you can appreciate the peculiarities of many species of the island’s native flora in their different altitudes. It is, in short, an indispensable space for understanding the values that justified the declaration of the Teide National Park, as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2007.
